I just bought two pieces STF, indigo and black color, size 34X34
and my waist size 32X30 ..
I want to soak in COLD water so that indigo is not lost .. I want to ask, how long to soak in cold water to fit in my waist?
thanks

Hi bebekbaik, if your STF's are W 34, then the actual measured W of your pantalons is probably between 36"-37", since vanity sizing is the order of the day. Therefore, you will need to shrink 'em down about 5" to fit your 32" waist(if that is in fact your measured waist) and this unfortunately aint gonna happen. In a cold water soak of about 20 minutes, you'll be looking at about 1.5" of shrinkage but that will all come back with a few days of wear. For someone with a measured waist size of 32", then the size of STF's to get is W 30 for a perfect fit or W 31 for slightly looser. Having said that, the sizes tend to vary so its best to try them on in the store and they should fit snugly around the waist.
**measured waist size = with a tape measure, pulled snugly, around your torso where you like your jeans to sit.
Kine thanks.
I bought the 34X34 size. whereas my actual size 32X30,
My reactors nearly three-hour soak in cold water but not getting the results I want .. at the feet still long .. I need to do?
if you want a snug fit, you'll have to start over with a size about 31 or 32 waist and a 32 leg. the waist will be tight for a few days, but they strech out a inch or so after some wear. Kane's advice is prety accurate on sizes also. good luck.
