Therefore, you will need to shrink 'em down about 5" to fit your 32" waist(if that is in fact your measured waist) and this unfortunately aint gonna happen. In a cold water soak of about 20 minutes, you'll be looking at about 1.5" of shrinkage but that will all come back with a few days of wear. For someone with a measured waist size of 32", then the size of STF's to get is W 30 for a perfect fit or W 31 for slightly looser.
